At Al Bacha, we believe in sustainable luxury. Instead of mass-producing, each piece is ethically crafted to order using our 3D-Knit technology in Brooklyn. This ensures your garment is made specifically for you with zero waste
2. When will my order be shipped?
Since your clothing is custom-made, the production process typically takes 2 to 5 days. You will receive a tracking number once your item is manufactured and shipped from our factory.
3. What makes your cotton "Italian Excellence"?
We exclusively use yarns from Filmar, Italy’s premier spinning mill. This 100% Long-Staple Egyptian Cotton is certified by BCI and OEKO-TEX®, offering a level of softness and durability that standard cotton cannot match.
Will the size and fit change after washing?
No. Our Italian-sourced fabrics are engineered to be shrink-resistant. The 3D-Knit structure ensures the garment retains its original "Modern Fit" and premium feel even after multiple washes.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use the latest encryption technologies and partner with trusted payment providers such as Stripe Payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Your financial information is 100% protected and never stored.
What if the fit isn't perfect?
Even with pre-orders, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with the fit or quality, we’ll make it right.
